The Center was established within the framework of the governmental initiative <strong>\u201c100 Workshops\u201d<\/strong>, aimed at modernizing vocational education and training (VET) in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purpose of Activity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary objective of the TPC is to enhance the quality of vocational training for learners, as well as to improve the professional qualifications of teaching staff and specialists in the electrical engineering and energy sectors. This is achieved through the implementation of educational programs, including various forms of non-formal education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Features of Training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualified teaching staff:<\/strong> Experienced professionals with extensive practical expertise in electrical installation works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Practice-oriented approach:<\/strong> Integration of theoretical knowledge with hands-on training using modern training equipment and laboratory stands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Individualized approach:<\/strong> Consideration of each learner\u2019s individual needs to ensure high-quality acquisition of knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Partnership and Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project has been implemented through co-financing from the state and local budgets, as well as funds of the educational institution. The total project budget amounted to <strong>UAH 5,971,600<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>UAH 3,880,000<\/strong> \u2014 state budget \u0441\u0443\u0431vention funds,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UAH 1,576,000<\/strong> \u2014 local budget funds,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UAH 514,000<\/strong> \u2014 institutional funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Center actively cooperates with enterprises in the electrical engineering and energy sectors, which contributes to the continuous updating of educational programs and provides learners with opportunities for practical training and further employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Training and Practice Center (TPC) \u201cElectrician for Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment\u201d operates on the basis of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution &#8220;Ivano-Frankivsk Higher Vocational School of Equipment Service&#8221;.
