Training and Practice Center (TPC) “Electrician for Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment” operates on the basis of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution “Ivano-Frankivsk Higher Vocational School of Equipment Service”. The Center was established within the framework of the governmental initiative “100 Workshops”, aimed at modernizing vocational education and training (VET) in Ukraine.
Purpose of Activity
The primary objective of the TPC is to enhance the quality of vocational training for learners, as well as to improve the professional qualifications of teaching staff and specialists in the electrical engineering and energy sectors. This is achieved through the implementation of educational programs, including various forms of non-formal education.

Practice-oriented approach: Integration of theoretical knowledge with hands-on training using modern training equipment and laboratory stands.

Partnership and Support
The project has been implemented through co-financing from the state and local budgets, as well as funds of the educational institution. The total project budget amounted to UAH 5,971,600, including:
- UAH 3,880,000 — state budget субvention funds,
- UAH 1,576,000 — local budget funds,
- UAH 514,000 — institutional funds.
The Center actively cooperates with enterprises in the electrical engineering and energy sectors, which contributes to the continuous updating of educational programs and provides learners with opportunities for practical training and further employment.
